From his brother Tom

Ken, my brother. We didn’t grow up together, but once we got to know each other it always felt great that we both made every attempt possible to unite and make up for lost years. I remember one time while visiting San Francisco for a one day trip, I let you know that I was heading for the airport and wasn’t going to be there late. You jumped on your bike and rushed to the airport to make sure we got a quick snack together right before my flight. I’ll miss being able to call you on my frequent trips to the bay.

I will always remember the surprise we both felt the first time we really met in our adult lives and realized just how many similarities there were. For the last 15 years you and I shared so many ideas and plans to take over the world. I don’t plan on stopping on any of those plans, in fact, now it’s hyperdrive time.

I remember how your eyes lit up every time we would talk about some new tech gadget. It’s no surprise that your interest with computers and tech is what inspired me to do what I do today. I always looked up to you and from a very early age your obsessions with taking things apart and putting them back together again created a similar curiosity in me that has stuck my whole life.

I love you Ken.

I miss you so much already.

I’m sorry we didn’t get more time together but I’ll never forget the time we did spend.

Your brother, Tom.
